YAY it's finally my weekend! two days off! *does the happy dance* now i can have some time to spend on my website and blog tweeking things.
i did some more changes on the gallery today. i moved it to a new url and made some final revisions. i couldn't figure out how to put a link back to my website in my gallery, so i added some text with contact info on there. now i need to make my other galleries.

oh, and i'm changing the settings of this blog...i'm going to allow 'everyone' to post replies instead of just 'registered users'. don't make me change it back! the minute i start getting a lot of spam i'm changing it back.
i LOVE jalbum!!!!!!! i found it this evening, i can't remember how, just doing searches i guess. it's a free software for building photo galleries. www.jalbum.net.
i can't believe i actually got it to work! i signed up for 150mfree.com and uploaded the album via ftp and it worked!!!!!!!!! whoa! the only part that sucks is the big fat ugly ads right in the middle of the space. i need to find a better, yet still free, host. i don't mind ads as long as they are small and at the top or bottom only. any ideers?
right now it's just my digital artwork, but eventually i'll be adding my paintings and drawings too.

that being said, i think i've finally gotten the hang of this blog thing, though i've still got some tweaking to do before it's perfect. well it will probably never really be perfect but i think it's coming together. i'm considering getting a separate blog like a photo blog for images of my artwork.
